I was born in 1960 and given up for adoption by my mother, Jeanne Koelling. I believe I have a sibling who was born about 1956 in or near San Mateo, CA. My mother would have been about 16 at this time. I have spoken with her but she hasn’t disclosed any information. My birth father did say she had another child who was born before I was.
