Looking for my son’s birth mom and any siblings. His mom was incarcerated and i was her guard during birth. I was there when he was born and took him home after 10 days. I adopted him and it was final 1998. Birthday name- Gloria Patricia Quijano Or Patricia Gloria Quijano She was in and out of jail in San Diego and gave birth to my son 4/7/94 at Alavrado Hospital. I did receive a letter from SD County that a blood sibling was looking for him. I have more information at home. All adoption records‚discoveries etc. I changed just spelling of his name from Shawn Isaac Quijano to Sean Isaac Powers. Please help Jean Powers
