My half brother and half sister are Sophia Loren Barrera and David Raymond Barrera fraternal twins, the middle names i’m unsure of but i believe this is true and correct. They were born June 28, 1982 in Anaheim, California, Orange county to Denise Delphine Cevallos. Their biological father David Raymond Barrera (whom we wish not to have any contact with) kidnapped them when they were infants and abandoned them in a hotel in Los Angeles, California. The Department Of Child Services got involved and the father received a no contact order I believe and the children were held with child services I believe until my mother went to court to get them back but the judge didn’t feel my mother could take care of them because she was young at the age of 22 years and lived in a single bedroom apartment with no kitchen. the judge put both David and Sophia in a foster home where they were adopted by someone my Uncle Craig Cevallos believed was his math teacher at Capuchino High school in California. We are not sure though and we don’t know this teachers first name. I have been searching for my brother and sister off and on for years. I have exhausted most of my resources and my funds are low as in i’m low income and a mother of 3 so times are rough. I just want to find them and meet them and my mother wants to see and meet them since the last time she saw them they were babies. she only has one picture of them as babies with her playing with them. We want to see them before its too late. I do have a copy of their birth certificate and social security numbers but I wont put that on here. The doctors name is Phillip Chiu, MD at Canyon General/Kaiser Foundation. I hope I got enough information.
