My father Gary Norm Randles (adopted name) was adopted within a week or two of his birth. I believe he was born in Los Angeles California and he was adopted by Norwood and Isabelle Randles. He was born on July 17th‚ 1948 at 4:44pm. This is what I was told by him and he had been told by his mom Isabelle. He told me I was not allowed to find his biological family until he passed away. He has been gone for almost 5 years now and I am trying to see if I have any other family out there.
