My birth mother was 17yrs old,born in 1949, and unmarried when she entered a maternity home. She was living in Northern California with her mom and 2 sisters. My birth mom was described as a chunky looking teen, with a broad face and an overall pleasant apperance, with large brown eyes. Her parents were divorced when she was around 7 years old. Her father was involved in a diesel truck accident around 1964 and he was badly burned. My birth mother was close to him. My birth mother was a tomboy and knew how to drive a diesel truck. She was a middle child. Apparently, my birth mother knew little of my biological father, who was 18 or 19 at the time I was born. He was from the eastern United States. It was a one time relationship after they had been drinking. He was in the Navy & did not know of the pregnancy. Iam a female who was born on September 19, 1966, Sacramento, CA, after a 3 hour labor. I was due on Sept. 30.
