I was adopted in Riverside County between 88-89 through the Foster Care system. I am looking for my mother Illana Mobley (last name has likely changed). I was born in the San Diego Naval Hospital. I have been diagnosed with genetic disorders that are closely linked to my mother‚ knowing the disorders are more common in Europe.
