My name is Richard Fernandez. I am 41 years old. I’m Mexican American. Born in Fountain Valley Ca. I am searching for my twin daughters who were placed up for adoption in 2002 by a judges decision. My daughters were Born at Choc Children’s Hospital on 12/28/2001 and were taken within hours of transferring to one of Kiaser Permanent Hospital’s in Orange County Ca.. Miriam Joanne , Merissa Jennifer were placed in a home in Buena Park CA. With other siblings of there mother’s prior pregancies. To my understanding my daughters were adopted by those foster parents. There mother’s name is Denise Rico. Her parents are from Arz. My parents names are Raquel and Armondo Fernandez. Please note that my daughters have an 18 year old biological brother named Ricky D Fernandez who as well is seeking his sister’s. Miriam and Merissa have a cousin who’s name is Joseph James Fernandez and resides in Buena Park Ca. Which has just graduated from Western High school this May of 2019. Miriam and Merissa although we don’t know eachother. I hope that both of you can give me and your brother the opportunity to work towards a relationship as a family.
