Who am I?? According to new information I have‚ my birth parents were married and had 2 (3?) boys and a girl while still in their 20’s / early 30’s and couldn’t afford / care for another child at that time. I was born and live in Southern California. It is possible that I may have younger siblings born in the 1950’s. I have more info. about their appearance‚ and the adoption agency. Birth name John Prince (?) Adopted name Michael Joe Ryan. My birth mother was 5 ft. tall and "slight of build"‚ father 6 ft. with "ruddy complexion". Agency was "Children’s Home Society‚ Los Angeles" From "Letter of Adoption" "In the matter of JOHN PRINCE a minor. No. 21150 = Decree of Adoption" birth place Los Angeles‚ CA Birth date "on or about Aug. 3‚ 1949" Relinquished to Children’s Home Society of California on August 20‚ 1949 Adoptive parents (Ryan) lived in San Bernardino / Riverside County California at that time. Also discovered is that "Relinquishments on file with the County Clerk of San Bernardino County and contain the true names of both birth parents." But to preserve the potential problems that may result from introducing an unknown younger sibling‚ I have been cautious about contacting my birth siblings or other family. If my birth family‚ older brothers / sister(s)? or other family would like to connect‚ it would be nice to find out a bit about why I am the person I am and if my brothers are also grey haired and bald -)
