Born In Grossmont hospital on Feb 25, 1966 San Diego Ca, was adopted at birth. Adoption was through Children’s Home Society. I would like to find information about my birth mother and father, also would be interested to find out if I may have other siblings. I’ve had a full life, but have always felt incomplete without knowing my health history which is very important. I cant say that I am looking to connect but at least get the info for medical.
