I’m trying to find my brother (birth name: Kevin J. Kovacs) (dob: 01/20/1992) in Irvine, California. There’s only one hospital over there. I don’t know where the adoption took place but he must have been adopted within a week or two after birth. I was researching a lot and there was a scandal right around that time about a Hungarian woman (Marianne Gati) who "helped" Hungarian women with their adoption.
