I am looking for my brother who does not know I exist. He was born on 3/17/1962 in sutter California.. He was given up at birth and the only information I have is that he’s under my mother’s maiden name Macafee and my father’s name Miller is also on the birth certificate. He is older than me and said to be my only full sibling. I don’t even know if he knows he’s adopted. I have been searching for him all my life.
