My birth certificate lists my father’s name but he didn’t sign it. My birth certificate has 2 dates on it. One being July 11 and the other July 15. Also, my birth certificate wasn’t stamped and signed as a certified document until May 1982. There wSh hand written numbers on my birth certificate I can’t make sense of and when I asked my mother about this and the certification date she didn’t know what I was talking about.
