I am looking for my brother born between 1962-1970. My mother is Helene Lopez Waters and father Howard Waters both from San Jose CA. He had a sister older than he named Roxanne Waters. I thought I was the middle child of three girls- my older sister being born in 1971- then via extended family we 3 learned we had 3 full siblings born and gone prior to my older sisters arrival in 1971- our parents will not discuss the details surrounding these 3 mystery siblings- We are unsure if they died or were taken or perhaps given away. I am not sure of the 3rd other than it was a girl. My parents will only say that when they think of the 3 they feel sick with regret and will not entertain our desires to locate our 3 full mystery sisters and brother. But I am determined to locate them or at least solve the mystery of their absence and ultimately would be overjoyed to be in contact with them!
