Hello‚ I am looking for a possible sibling Kelly June Koppenhaver (at the time of birth). Kelly was born to Vickie Teague and David (Dave) Koppenhaver on 02.15.1979 at ST. Francis Hospital. David was living in South Gate Ca. One of my not secure sources stated that Kelly was not David's daughter but i have other sources that stated he is her biological father. Vickie and David gave up Kelly for adoption in the early 80s (81/82) when she was 2 or 3yrs old. Kelly was adopted to a Teacher in Long Beach California. I do know that when Kelly turned 18yrs of age there was a letter that was put into her adoption folder from Barbara (Helen) Koppenhaver that she was to contact her‚ but Barbara aka Helen passed away in 1985. I don't even know if Kelly knows that she was adopted!
