I was born 10/30/1969 at Mt. Zion Hospital in San Francisco. I was relinquished and surrendered to the San Francisco Dept of Social Services. I have no information of any other agency. My adoptive parents used Attorneys McFall‚ Burnett & Martin of Manteca‚ CA to petition and finalize the adoption in the courts. I grew up in Manteca‚ CA. I think that my biological mother was approximately 20 - 21 yrs old when I was born. Documents note my biological father was Italian‚ I have confirmed through DNA that my biological father (deceased) was George Donovan Stewart born 1935 and is of Scottish descent. He lived in San Francisco‚ but was originally from MN. He died in 1979 from a heart attack when he was 44yrs. He was the oldest and had a brother‚ sister and half-sister.
