I’m trying to locate my husband’s birth family (mother, father, etc) - he knows very little about his adoption - his adopted parents adopted him in Whittier CA when he was 6 mths old - he was born 11/20/1962. He thinks his father may have been in the Navy due to being a naval base in Whittier CA. His adoptive parents were Norman & Euna Faye Hallett (originally from Arkansas)
