Birth city was San Francisco and was handled through the Catholic Church. We believe both birth parents were in the Navy at the time of the birth. We also believe one of the birth parents may have ended up in Oregon. The attorney who handled the adoption was in the firm of Riggins‚ Rossi‚ King and Kongsgaard in Napa‚ CA. All we are hoping to find is any medical history on the birth parents. All we have is that of our dad.
