I was actually born in San Bernardino California, but adopted out of San Diego. Born at San Bernardino county hospital. I don’t believe my adoption was a free decision from my biological mother, I believe the state came in and I was then removed. My birth mother was 14/15 years at the time of my birth. ???? I was named by my Biological Mother at the time of my birth as, "Sandra Gay"???? I have no information regarding the birth father. Only that a (maybe) Hispanic male turned me into the California, San Bernardino Child Services office due to the unstable current situation. My biological mother was questioned and given the opportunity to give any health and/or family medical history, but she denied any information to the State at the time. I was adopted at 18 months old. Closed adoption.
