I have waited almost 15 years to see my baby boy again. my son was given to CPS by my ex stepdad whom faulsly accused me of a crime and had me put in jail for almost a week. I tried very hard to get my child out of CPS but I was 18 at the time and lost everything. I had no place to live or money. I also had no support or anyone helping me to try to get my baby back. I went to visit him numerous times before my perantal rights were termunatied without anything that I was able to do about it. I have had to wait to look for my son until he was 18 and he turned 18 on April 18th 2017. my sons name at birth was Joseph Alexander Gardner. He was born at kaiser Santa Teresa hospital in San Jose Ca. we lived together at my fathers house in san jose until we moved to Los Banos Ca. in 2000. He was taken by CPS in merced county. I need my baby back.
