I was Born in San Francisco at a Hospital called University of California. My natural mother was originally born in Oregon in the month of November, my natural father was born in San Francisco in the month of September. My mother was 5’7, 120 lbs with hazel eyes and light reddish-brown hair, and fair skinned. She was Scottish, Irish, English and half German. She was in her second year of college. My father was 6’2, 175 lbs with blue eyes and light brown hair, very fair and was Irish. He was in his first year of graduate college. My natural mother had named me Patricia, which was later changed by my adopted parents to Sandra Margaret Luippold. My adopted parents are Lavinia and William Luippold. Lavinia was born in Texas and my father William was born in San Francisco. I was adopted on June 14, 1962. I was adopted through the city and county of San Francisco Public Welfare Department adoption unit.
