My father married a woman that tried to force an adoption of her daughter in either Monterey or Santa Cruz‚ CA county. When my father refused‚ she insisted on changing her name when she entered school. No one challenged it even though my father refused. The girls biological father refused to accept her or marry the mother. Now that my father is elderly‚ the mother is insisting my father adopted her and he still refuses that he never did and is now concerned she committed fraud and falsified the birth certificate for school and DoD as the girl served in the airforce with my fathers name. What can we do to report this and get help proving fraud and therefore removing all possibility of this woman continuing to steal my family name and fathers property.
