I am searching for a woman who was born Victoria Ashley in Simi Valley , CA in February 1996. She was named after her maternal grandmother. I am her birth father and I was 17 when she was born. I was not given the opportunity to make the decision to raising her. In the only picture that I was given, she was about 6 months old.
