I was adopted at birth in Santa Cruz, Ca. through a closed adoption agency. I was told that my birth mother chose my parents from what she read in their file. My father was a state park ranger and my mom was a stay-at-home mom. I have an older brother that was not adopted. I was brought up in a wonderful, loving family. I am married and have 1 son. I am a teacher and am grateful for my birth mother making this brave decision.
