David halpert my dad was adopted as a baby, I know he spent time in a foster home before adoption. His adoption picture has the name a smith on the back. I believe the legal side was by Philips and Philips or something of the sort. His adopted parents lived in San Francisco I don’t know for sure if that’s where the adoption took place . His adoption decree papers says January 9th 1973, we don’t have the parents names but know their general description mom was 5’3, blue eyes medium brown hair, fair complexion occupation listed as a clerk typist and bus driver. Father was 5’11 blue eyes, light brown hair, fair complexion, occupation listed as a mechanic.
