Hello My name is Lemmesha Wilbert James. I was born August 6, 1987. I am looking for my brother who was born Kavonte Lee Lewis on December 17, 1996 in Fairfield, ca at Northbay Hospital. My brother and I were both in foster homes in Santa Cruz in 1999. He then moved to San Jose, Ca in 2000. We were both separated but I was able to visit with him a lot up until I was told he was moving to Texas in 2001. I haven’t seen him since and I have been searching for him for a long time. I was told his last name may have changed. I do not know what state he could be in. He was sitting on my grandfathers lap when he was taken away. If anyone has any information please contact me.
