my father in law is looking for his birth parents we have a name of a woman who may be the mother we know she was very young like 14 years old when he was born. He was born aug 24 1948 in Los Angles California. the birth mother name we have is Domitilla Valdez. My father in laws name now is Ralph Ortegon however when he was born his name was David Valdez. He was born at General hospital in L.A Guerra was his adopted moms last name from what I understand.
