I am searching on behalf of my cousin, Anthony Darrell Washington. He is looking for his daughter who was born Jessie Holden to Sandra Holden on October 23,1980, at Kaiser Permanente Hospital in San Francisco. Darrell is now 60 years old and has never met his daughter. Information as to what happened to her after she was born has been kept from him. Darrell has health issues and would like to see his daughter. He hasn’t been able to find the mother Sandra Holden either. The baby girl’s name was probably changed after adoption. He has tried to get the info but it is sealed.
