My DNA cousin‚ David Goldstein‚ was adopted. He knows the name of his birth mother but although the birth father is named on the birth certificate‚ David is not allowed to access it. L.A. County says the only person(s) who can access the data is an actual sibling. Which is utterly impossible and impossibly mean/hurtful/inhuman. Is there any way any one can help with this?
