A Mormon family adopted my half brother, this was done right at the hospital. My mother signed the adopted mothers name and the adopted father signed the birth certificate as the father. Not sure of the hospital my mother stayed in Reseda California so a hospital close by. My Great Aunt Edna and a Great 3rd cousin Elwin Lockwood are both past but helped arrange the adoption, knowing the adopted parents. We live in Michigan. Would love to meet this half brother if willing.
