Hello my name is Cynthia Lozano, I am looking for my sister, she was born sometime around Mothers Day I think in 1972. My mother named her Jessie, and wrote her a letter and gave a her a necklace that the adoptive parents said they would give to her at the appropriate age. My mothers name is Rachel Soto Lozano born on 09/04/40. With the hope and my mom’s greatest wish that Jessie would want to met her, my mom has never moved or changed her phone number in case her daughter came looking for her. At the time of my sister’s birth my mother had 4 children, myself Cynthia Rachel, Janet Corrine, Mark John & Rene Mary all of us has the last name of Lozano. My mom gave her up in the hopes that she would grow up with a better life than she could give her, and she was deeply loved. We have missed you Jessie ALL OF YOUR LIFE! I hope you find us. xoxo
