I was born in Madera, California 08/27/1960 to Charlotte Torres who later killed 12/19/1962. I was adopted by my mother’s sister Jane P. Torres. My name was changed to Jeannette Garcia. I have a brother Joey Torres who died in 2016 and a sister Rebecca Torres who lives in San Bernadino, CA. I have met them both. We all have different father’s as far as I know and were all adopted by family members. I have asked all my family about my father but nobody seems to anything about him. I have heard family talk about him which is why I am so confused. I don’t know if I want a relationship with him yet but would like to know who he is or if he knows about me.
