I am looking for a boy born in Merced California on Sept 4 2004 he was named Anthony Joshua Perez he was placed in foster care n eventually adopted to the family who was fostering him. The familly lived in or around Merced county in the menninite community, I know the parents are both white but Anthony is not, he is half native/Mexican and white so he would not look like his family. He is still a minor and may not know he is adopted or he may know n is not allowed to look into his biological family. He was a ward of the state of California and placed for adoption through C.P.S and the courts.
