My adopted parents were Nancy Joyce Spencer and Loyd Jay Spencer Jr. They lived in phoenix‚ AZ at the time. My dad had a lot of family in California mainly in and around Sacramento and Modesto area. I do have a copy of my birth cert. and it has my adopted parents listed as my parents But it says they both lived in Lancaster ‚CA which I know neither of them lived in Lancaster ever. It doesn’t say the name of the hospital it just says it was in Lancaster‚ CA inside Los Angeles County. It says my record was amended on feb 20‚ 1975 almost a year after i was born. I was told by someone that i was adopted through a assembly of God agency. and my birth mother was around 16 years old. Thats All I have. please help me find them thank you.
