I am not looking for one brother, but two, who are twins. They were born to Julie L. Haw at the University of California Irvine hospital, and were taken away by the state of California. The social workers that handled their case was Michelle Kwan/Kwon and Gregory O’Gilbert/Gilbert O’Gregory (?). Their birth date is April 24th, 2002. Their birthnames were Thomas and Floyd Kerbaugh. As far as I know, their adopted mother’s name is Deb, and she was/is a special ed teacher part time at a elementary school somewhere in Orange County. From what I know, she and her husband had one child getting ready to graduate high school when my brothers were adopted.
