There is very little information on my birth certificate only indicating I was in born in San Francisco. There is no hospital named. My birth certificate was filed with the county of Santa Clara approximately 11 months after birth by my adoptive parents but I was actually adopted at 7 weeks of age. I am hoping to find more information of my birth mother‚ as I have recently learned my biological father has passed away (Robert R. Flores). Thank you to anyone that has any information that might be useful.
