I’m trying to locate my Mother’s birth parents. My mom’s name is Michelle Francesca Scott, adopted by Grace and David Scott from San Fransico, CA. My mom was adopted from an (unknown name) orphanage in 1965, the orphanage burned down sometime after and the records may have been lost. Any help would be amazing!
