My daughter who is now 13 yrs old. I have no rights to see my daughter but the adopted father who is now divorce with the adopted mother has been contacting me from time to time giving me updates and send me pics and any info about my daughter. But i know the last time she was residing in Colorado i believe but i like to know wat is the age now to look for my adopted child where i can i have rights and she can make decisions if she wants to meet me and reunite and what is the proper procedure and the fee of the search. I would like her to reunite with her grandma(my mother) who took care of her when she was born for a short time to be able to see her before she passes. Thank you, MaryJane Urbano
