I’m searching for my niece. Born in Marysville, California at Rideout Hospital to my sister, Amie Cottrell. I think the adoption agency had the word "Angel" in it. I was only about 12-13 at the time. I remember sneaking away to venture to the labor and delivery word, where I watched the baby through the window. I met her father, I don’t remember his name now. He let me hold her, and even let me help change her diaper. Her adoptive parents were from either Ohio or Idaho, I think. Her new dad happened to be in town for business, making it easier for him to get to the hospital quickly. I remember being so glad for him. The baby was named Jordan, and she is of mixed ethnicity. I used to carry a picture that was sent to us of her when she about 2 years old. She had a black and white dress on, standing up, it was a professional studio photo set. She had the most beautiful dimples. I get in trouble for writing a letter once, after having found their address from an earlier piece of mail. And I never heard anything about her again. I carried that picture for years, and was devastated when I lost it. I would love to hear from you sweet girl. You are so very loved.
