I was a foster child taken by CPS at 6 months old. I lived with 1 foster family before my adoptive parents got me at 18 months old and adopted me at the age of 4. I don’t know too much information on my birth family. I was born in Torrance California and I do know the man on my birth certificate was not my father but a family friend. My birth name was also Casey Lee don’t know my last name. My adoptive name before marriage was Casey Lee Rhynes.
