I was born on August 3‚ 1965 and they called me "Baby Girl Ellis." I was born at the French Hospital in Chinatown outside of Los Angeles. I know that my birth mother’s name at the time was "Nancy Ann Ellis" but my fathers name was declined to state on the hospital release form.
