As a teenager I overheard my Mom on the phone talking about having a baby boy at a Salvation Army unwed mother’s home in Los Angeles years before I was born that her parents forced her to put up for adoption. I recently found a flyer‚ info and receipts from The Salvation Army Booth Memorial Hospital in Los Angeles in my mother’s things. Receipts for payment of my Mom being there mid-January through April 20th in 1964. The baby boy would have been born around the 15th of April 1964. Lee/Poncia
