Looking for Tony‚ David and Nicole Martinez. Their moms name is Deborah Martinez or Brown. Aunts name would be Kelley Willis. Nicole's (my) grandma cared for her a bit when Deborah went on a spiral downhill into drugs. Nicole was placed in Penny Lane Group/Foster home in the San Fernando Valley California (specifically North Hills) at around the age of 11-14 years old. She met me (her baby sister) while i was a couple of months old in my adoptive moms home but that's the last we ever heard and she was lost in the system after that. this was around the year 1993-1994.
