Hello‚ I was adopted by James M. Hook & Helene G. Hook (Stelzenmuller). I beleive I was born at Clariemont General Hospital in San Diego‚ CA. I beleive the attending doctor was Dr. Vance Kondon. There was an amendment to my birth certificate by another named‚ Dr. J. B. Askew. I have brown hair‚ green eyes‚ have fair colored skin‚ and am 5’7 in height. My mother feared that she would somehow loose me so she never shared any information‚ other than my birth parents might have been college students. She also would get upset when I told anyone that I was adopted. It was always with endearment! I fear that I am too late to find/meet my birth parents. I really can’t wait any longer! I pray that I find someone of who I am‚ and something of where I came from.
