I was born March 18th‚1971‚ Thursday at Mother's Help Hospital‚ today the hospitals name is Seton Medical Center address 1900 (not sure the street) sitting right on a ridge off the Freeway‚ Daly City‚ California. I know nothing of my birth parents since was a closed adoption. I would like to meet my Mother‚ or at least know who she is. I was adopted April 1971 given the name Kate Osborn Foster.
