My name is Kutia Sutton and I am searching for my daughter Torrie Sutton that was adopted in 2003. She was living with foster parents‚ and the agreement of the adoption that I would still have contact with my daughters. But a couple of months later I was not permitted to see her anymore. I still live in Orange County‚ CA where the adoption took place at. Not only would I love to see and have contact with her‚ so would there sister and brother‚ and the rest of the family. My current understanding is that she was placed under a conservatorship through Los Angeles Family Court with one of her adopted parents‚ parents. The adopted parents names are Maricel and Curtis Harvey who I believe currently live in Lake Elsinore‚ Ca.
