I am looking for my biological father's family and saw an obituary for my grandmother that indicated she had passed and was preceeded in death by my father. It stated a name the same as his that was a junior indicated she was survived by her grandchildren and it appears I have a stepbrother. My name was not listed. I would like to find out not only who my stepbrother is‚ but family medical history since I am now in my late 50's. My stepfather adopted me in 1974 so our little family all had the same last name. I never recall meeting my biological father (my mother's first husband) as he left when I was 9 months old. I was born in Long Beach Memorial Hospital to Carol Benjamin Clayton and Phillip G. Clayton 8/7/68. We lived in Long Beach‚ Ca until I was 3 and we moved to Cerritos‚ Ca. My grandmother's name was E. Lorayn Clayton and I believe her ex-husband and Phillip moved to the Iowa area. My aunt's name was Lynne Clayton prior to her getting married as that is my middle name. My father's birthdate is June 1947 and again I do not know when he passed. He was 21 years of age when I was born. He was about 19 when he married my mother and 21 when he left on a motorcycle. He had multiple id cards in different names.
