I was Born in Oakland, Ca. Kaiser hospital, the Dr was J. Palmer Mayo. He eventually retired from Alta Bates Hospital in Oakland, Ca. I was immediately placed in foster care in San Lorenzo. The foster mom choose my adoptive parents, who adopted me on March 26, 1958. Their names were Burr and Leila Smallcomb. I grew up in San Leandro and Sonoma County, CA. I obtained some non-identifying information back in 1989. At that time, both of my birth parents were alive. I’ll share more details from this information if I have a possible match.
