Born San Diego, CA 11/15/1962 delivered by Dr. Chamberlin .Adopted out. Birth mother may be Anne Weldon Kozak, was 19 or 20, married, but her military spouse (Kozak) was NOT my birth father, they had a son aged 2yr +/-. Birth father was also Active Duty Military. 3 birth certificates found for date of my birth with birth mother Anne Weldon unknown birth father, Anne Weldon with her spouse Kozak as birth father, and Richard Gatewood of Norfolk, VA who was serving in the military in CA. I have Ancestry DNA match to a Michael Gatewood, indicating perhaps uncle or 1/2 sibling, & is the only dna match, besides my own child, closer than 3rd cousins.
