My dad was placed for adoption by the Native Daughter’s of the Golden West in San Francisco Ca. He was placed with his adoptive parents when he was 2 months old. His adoptive birth certificate states the birth mother had two living children at the time of his birth. I have 2nd - 4th cousin matches on Ancestry.com and MyHeritage but still cannot connect the dots. The only information I received from his Non-ID is that both parents were in good health. I have strong matches to Higgins/Phillips/Capps families out of Ohio, Indiana & Nebraska area’s during the 1900’s. I’m on FTDA Kit# A690039.
