DOB: Jan. 16, 1959 Location: UCLA Medical Center Los Angeles, CA Mother’s Maiden Name: Armstrong Adoption Agency: Los Angeles County I’m trying to locate my birth parents with hopes of identifying any potential health issues and fill the gaps of my history prior to my adoption. I’m just looking for information regarding my parents and where I come from. The limited information I have tells me that I am bi-racial, but I’m not 100% on that. This is what I was told as a child. I have always wanted to know about my birth parents ever since my adoptive mother told me that I was an adopted child.
